Companies are obligated to incorporate digitization to effectively operate in an organizational environment that relies on ICT. Even the HR function, which includes continuous training practices like e-learning, is not exempt from this obligation. The success of e-learning implementation depends on the permanent involvement of employees. However, the lack of interest from targeted employees and their declining usage of e-learning poses a significant threat to achieving expected objectives. This raises questions about the relevance of e-learning in organizations and highlights the factors that motivate human capital to engage with e-learning in the professional setting. To address this research topic, an empirical contextualization study of e-learning within a company responsible for managing public services in Morocco through a qualitative case study using the UTAUT theory and experiential approach is of interest. Results indicate that social factors have a greater impact on employee acceptance of e-learning, while the continuous use of e-learning is associated with its expected utility, technical factors, and experiential factors.Downloads
